What are the rules for receiving free gifts with my purchase?
Our promotions often include free gifts with qualifying purchases. Here are some important guidelines to keep in mind:
- Eligibility: Free gifts are offered based on specific promotional terms, such as reaching a certain purchase amount. Please refer to the promotion details for exact requirements.
- Allowed Quantity: Each order is eligible for the number of free gifts specified in the promotion. Even if the shopping cart shows different quantities, we will only ship the free gifts as per the promotional terms.
- Automatic Addition: Free gifts should automatically appear in your cart once you meet the promotional criteria. If they do not, please check the promotion details or contact our customer service team for assistance.
- One Promotion Per Order: Only one promotion or free gift offer can be applied to each order unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
- No Cash Value: Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other items.
- Return Policy: If you return items from your order and it no longer qualifies for the promotion, you must also return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
- Final Checkout Amount: The eligibility for free gifts is based on the final checkout amount. If the final checkout amount does not meet the promotional threshold, even if the free gift appears in your order, we reserve the right not to ship the free gift.

How much does shipping cost?

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Processing may take longer during sales events or holidays.
How can I track my HIQILI order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes tracking information once the order is dispatched. Carrier updates can take one or two business days to appear. Check your spam folder before contacting support if you cannot find the email.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact HIQILI support within the period stated in the Return Policy. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item you received. The support team will review the case and advise on the next step.
Where can I find an IFRA certificate or MSDS?
Product-specific documents should be available from the relevant product page or through HIQILI support. Review the IFRA certificate before using a fragrance oil in soap, body products, perfume, or other formulas with skin-contact requirements.
