You can join HIQILI Members Club by creating a HIQILI account. Once you sign up, you can start earning points through purchases and eligible reward activities.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases, creating an account, following HIQILI on social media, and celebrating your birthday with us. Reward activities and point values may vary based on our current rewards settings.
How many points do I earn when I shop?
You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
How can I redeem my points?
Log in to your HIQILI account and open the rewards panel. You can choose an available reward, redeem your points, copy the reward code, and apply it at checkout.
What rewards can I redeem with my points?
You can redeem points for discount rewards and selected free product rewards. Current rewards include:
- 200 points = $2 off
- 300 points = $3 off orders $15+
- 500 points = $6 off orders $30+
- 1000 points = $15 off orders $100+
- 1000 points = selected 6-piece oil set
Can I use multiple rewards or discount codes on one order?
No. Rewards and discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Only one discount code can be used per order.
How often can I redeem a free product reward?
Free product rewards can be redeemed once every 30 days. Availability may vary depending on stock and current reward settings.
How does the referral reward work?
Copy your referral link and share it with your friends. When a friend joins through your link and completes the eligible referral action, both of you can receive a reward.
What do I get for referring a friend?
You get a $10.00 USD off discount. Your friend also gets a $10.00 USD off discount. Referral discounts have no minimum order requirement and cannot be combined with other discounts.
How do I get my birthday reward?
You can receive your birthday reward on the birthday date you set in your HIQILI Members Club account. Make sure your birthday information is added before your birthday so the reward can be issued correctly.
Why did I not receive my points?
Points may not appear immediately in some cases. If you do not see your points after completing an eligible activity, please make sure you are logged into the correct account. You can also contact HIQILI Support for help.
