Countries We Do Not Currently Ship To

All countries other than those listed above are currently unavailable for standard shipping. If you would like to arrange a special shipment, please contact us at support@hiqili.com.

Order Processing Time

Most orders will ship out within 3 business days after the order is placed.

Delays Due to Outside Circumstances

While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, HIQILI cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs and border delays, service interruptions, or other unexpected events.

Customs, Duties, Fees and Taxes

Our standard shipping method includes customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees for the countries we currently support.

For DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you notice that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hiqili.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed successfully.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at support@hiqili.com and include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
