All countries other than those listed above are currently non-transportable countries.

Shipping Hours

Most orders will ship out within 3 business days of ordering. 

Delays Due to Outside Circumstances

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, HIQILI cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Customs, Duties Fees and Taxes

Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duties fees and taxes in our shipping fees, as we have no control over them. If customs duties are required, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Address

If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it's too late for us to make a change.  

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product(s) Policies

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at hiqili@hotmail.com; include order number,  a detailed description of the problem and a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received. The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred.
