Ingredients (6 doses)
- Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: 12 drops
- Lavender Essential Oil: 6 drops
- Bergamot Essential Oil: 6 drops
- Jojoba Oil: 30 ml
Directions
- Mix all the essential oils and jojoba oil in a small bottle and shake well.
- Add one tablespoon (approximately 10 ml) of the blend to a warm bath and stir thoroughly.
- Soak in the bathtub for 20-30 minutes, taking deep breaths to inhale the aroma of the essential oils and relax your body and mind.
Precautions
- Allergy Test: Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before use. Discontinue use if redness, itching, or any discomfort occurs.
